Khalij Capital (“KC”) has developed a Business Continuity Plan (“BCP”) to recover from unforeseen disastrous business situations. Since the timing and impact of disasters and disruptions is unpredictable, we shall have to be flexible in responding to actual events when they occur. This BCP summarizes KC’s effort to minimize risks innate with unpredictable business disruptions.

Our Business Continuity Plan
KC’s policy is to respond to a Significant Business Disruption (SBD) by making a financial and operational evaluation, swiftly recovering and resuming operations, protecting firm’s records, and allowing our clients to perform business with us with minimal disruption. In short, our BCP is designed to permit our firm resume operations as quickly as possible, keeping in view the severity of SBD. Our BCP deals with: data back up and recovery; all mission critical systems; financial and business evaluations and operational assessments; alternative communications with customers, staff members, regulators, and other engaged parties; and alternate physical location of staff members. In a disruption affecting our business district, city, or region, we will transfer our operations to site(s) outside of the affected area, and endeavor to recover and resume business within a week.
